Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at purplepatch1212@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unused, with all tags attached.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a credit note within 2-3 business days.
